The staff were so kind and flexible. They allowed me to stay a little longer to catch my bus. they were also very honest about returning my apple airpods, i greatly appreciated that. i found the dining room to be nice. It offered a relaxing space for meals.

the room size was small for two people! it was difficult to open the wardrobe because the bedding was in the way.

The hotel is near victoria station. It is on a relatively quiet street. buckingham palace and big ben are within walking distance. This made sightseeing easy. there is convenient access to both train and tube lines nearby.

The room was very spacious, very clean, and provided everything i needed for my stay. i could easily regulate the heating temperature to my liking. This helped to ensure comfort. the bed felt comfortable.

My room was quite small. A narrow staircase led to it. I expected a room as seen in the photos. The price was not worth it.

the staff promptly addressed my concerns about a faulty lamp in the room I appreciated their quick response I found the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby a nice touch especially after a long day of exploring. The hotel also provided clear instructions for using the in-room safe which was very reassuring.

the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space it was a bit challenging to manage toiletries.

The room was quite nice, and well kept. I was greeted with refreshments, a lovely touch. The front desk offered service around the clock. They happily provided extra milk for my tea. The staff were cute and polite.

The room was very small. Space was challenging for us.
